• Post-quantum crypto documentation expansion: ML-KEM (FIPS 203), ML-DSA (FIPS 204), and TLS 1.3 PQ/hybrid integration pages with cross-links across PKC, TLS, certs, and configuration.
• Documentation hub parity refresh: project/contributing/security-reporting pages, navigation updates, and landing-page capability map for classical and PQ crypto.
• Build/config docs aligned to current feature gates and dependency checks, including ML_KEM/ML_DSA and strict conformance flag guidance.

Fixed / Resolved

• Corrected stale documentation links and build guidance references; removed references to non-existent PQ smoke scripts.
